A Work in Progress...

So I got the chair home, got out some tools and got to work. I didn't know where to start so I just dove in! I dissected the chair, pulling the staples out carefully. I took my time (which is very hard for me) and really looked at every section. I also took a ton of pictures to help me remember how to put the chair back together!

I used all the old fabric pieces for a template for the new fabric and labeled each piece. This was a big project and most of it was learn as you go. I have never reupholstered anything before, so this was a huge project to start with!

I apologize for not taking a lot of pictures of the in between. I got a little carried away with the project. I also wasn’t sure if I would post this, because it was a big project. To be honest I wasn’t sure how it would turn out!
