Flea Market Find

We have a lot of great flea markets here, and I try to hit one at least once a week. I always have cash and only spend the cash I bring. Since I go so regularly I can sometimes wait for a price to come down, or run into a booth owner and talk prices! I love to find furniture, odd things and jewelry to make my magnets.

This trip I found these really neat doors. I think that they used to be pantry doors. You can see where the hardware used to be, and some warn spots. As soon as I spotted them I knew just where I would put them! I first had seen them at the price of $45 for both, I waited them out and a few weeks later I purchased both for $20!!

I bought some heavy duty hanging wire at the hardware store, and put my husband to work! (If I even mention the idea of using his power tools, I see him sweat!) The final product is amazing and couldn’t be happier! A friend of my sons said “where did that door come from and where does it go?” I love it, a little something unexpected!
